How do I access Qualtrics
SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
Please be aware that the way you log into Qualtrics XM will be changing on Friday, March 1st at 9:00 AM ET. You will use SSO (Single Sign On) instead of your existing email/password combination. Instructions are attached below. No data will be lost/changed during this process.
Services impacted: Qualtrics XM accounts used by HMA colleagues.
Description: The IT team will be implementing a change that will change the way you log into Qualtrics XM on Friday, March 1st at 9:00AM ET. The new login process will be:

Navigate to https://healthmanagement.qualtrics.com

Select the “HMA SSO” option. This will log you into your existing account.
Note: your existing username and password will not be available after this change is effective.
Access to Qualtrics XM can be requested by submitting a request to IT Support for Qualtrics (Home > Request New Service > Survey Apps > Qualtrics). Owing to how Qualtrics processes new account requests this request may take up to two weeks after it is received by IT Support.
