How to Provision Access on HMA SFTP Server
HMA SFTP Server Details
- The server is only accessible by whitelisted IP addresses. This will require a ticket to HMA IT Support before an account can be requested on the server.
- Once the IP address has been whitelisted, there is a link to request an account that can be utilized. It requires several details, including a strong password and business justification.
- The request is then processed internally. If the request is valid, the account is enabled and a mapping is added for the project need.
- Typically, the mapping will give access to a folder that the project manager or members have access as well as the external user.
Account Provision Process
- Submit request to ITSupport@healthmanagement.com with project and access details.
- The IP Whitelist process will begin.
- Process can be expedited if external IP is provided with request.
The external IP can be found by visiting a site like:
https://www.whatismyip.com/
- If approved, Account Request Sign Up link will be sent.
- The request is then processed internally. If the request is valid, the account is enabled and a mapping is added for the project need.
